This morning while I was walking around the house with my iPhone 7 (Product Red), I managed to walk up and down 65 steps in total and thus reducing 42 calories off my body weight.
Just now, I used the exercise stationary bike that belongs to my sister. I decided to use it today because a doctor told me I should try and exercise more to help with reducing my heart rate back down to a more healthier level since my heart rate is at 73 with my blood pressure at 137/92.
So, I went onto the exercise stationary bike in the study room and these are the results after the session:
Burnt 78.2 calories, travelled 3.2 miles, 26 miles on the odometer, 10:03 minutes.
My current weight is 8.13st and my height is 4’11”.
