So I actually could add custom cursors in? I have some on my old website that redirects here so I'll see about adding custom cursors in. 😀 The cursors I made were created using AHA-SOFT's AniCursors 1.0.
The .ani extension means that the cursor file is an animated cursor and .cur extension means that the cursor file is a static cursor. You can create static cursors using Bitmap although I recommend that you use a software package that allows you to make the backgrounds of the cursors transparent, such as AniCursors or PhotoShop since AniCursors also supports PhotoShop project files both in its free 40 day trial version and the paid version.
The cursor creation software also allows to create GIF Images too and even turn profile pics that are JPEG into GIF and still retain the same quality, so I definitely recommend it.
My profile picture has layers that go as far as 15x15 to 500x500 in scale, saved directly in the image. My profile pic is a GIF Image and includes my scanned and slightly edited digitised signature.
@Kirkburn I've managed to include a scrollbar on my wiki by observing the MediaWiki:Wikia.css file at YouTube Wiki on FANDOM. I've made changes so that it follows my wiki theme design. I've removed the border around the categories list at the bottom of article pages. I've added a loader that showcases an animated image as a Loading symbol. I've managed to import a news ticker onto my wiki by observing the news ticker templates at Fallout Wiki on FANDOM.
